PUBLIC NOTICE
AMENDMENT TO 2025/26 FEES AND CHARGES
In accordance with section 6.19 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given that an amendment was made to the Shire of Perenjori 2025/26 Schedule of Fees and Charges, following Council’s resolution at the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 25 September 2025.
Council resolved, by absolute majority, to endorse a weekly rental fee of $225.00 for 29 Timmings Street, Perenjori, effective for the 2025/26 financial year.
A copy of the updated Schedule of Fees and Charges is available to view on the Shire’s website at https://www.perenjori.wa.gov.au/documents/council or in person at the Shire Administration Office, 56 Fowler Street, Perenjori, during office hours.
