At the PECC we pride ourselves on offering the highest quality and most affordable childcare for 3 month olds to 12 year olds in the area.
We have been independently assessed against the National Quality Standard achieving an “Exceeding” rating meaning our service goes beyond the requirements of the National Quality Standard in at least 4 of the 7 quality areas.
This puts us amongst the highest quality childcare in the country.
Our state of the art facilities encourage children to connect, wonder, explore and discover. We create experiences so they go further.
From your child’s very first visit, until they transition to school, with PECC’s play based approach and our wonderful and empowered educators, we are working together to bring out their best.
The small scale nature of our regional center means your child gets the most personalised and attentive care possible. But perhaps what matters most is what parents think about the centre:
“The staff at PECC are fantastic, they take real interest in our children and are constantly finding ways to engage them with different age-appropriate activities. They are extremely professional, the communication is excellent and I have found them to be very accommodating (e.g if my work days change at short notice). Nothing is ever too much trouble. We have seen our youngest son absolutely flourish during his time at the PECC over the last 3 years. He loves the staff like family, has really enjoyed the variety of activities and the center has really helped him to develop socially. It has also helped with a very smooth transition to Kindergarten.” Lizzie, Ollie’s mum
“Our family feel extremely lucky to have a resource like the PECC available to us. The center and its staff are very professional and well organised. Our children absolutely love attending with such a range of fun and educational activities on offer each day and it’s clear to see the beautiful connection our kids have with the staff themselves.” Sam, Ellie’s mum
Since we opened in 2015, the PECC has proudly been about children and education, NOT profit. Our fees are designed to simply cover our operational costs and any surplus is reinvested into the programs we deliver.

Programs Available at PECC
Integration with Allied Health Services
Something that sets us apart from our peers is our integration with Allied Health, a speech and occupational therapist service for children. Allied Health visit our centre on a regular basis and assess children with additional needs, then our local specialist implements the treatment program. This close relationship we have with Allied Health allows us to intervene early where our staff, in collaboration with parents and families, see fit.
