Perenjori Tourist Centre & Pioneer Museum
This building was originally a bank and manger’s residence and relocated at Perenjori in late 1929. It was established as a museum in March 1987 by the Perenjori Museum Committee. Each room in the manager’s residence is furnished with memorabilia from the districts past.
The Perenjori Tourist Bureau is located on the main street of Perenjori. The centre offers great information about the best wildflower and orchid locations, tasty homemade Devonshire teas, and is a great place to chat with one of the friendly local volunteers.
A range of gifts, souvenirs and local crafts are also available to purchase. Please contact the Tourist Centre on (08) 9973 1105 during the months of July to October alternatively contact the Shire administration office on (08) 9973 1002 for tourist information.
